After much finding about other uploading paying services, I finally found out another hosting service which pays! This time, it's uploadbox and it pays as twice as much as uploading.com !! As of now, the only payment method is webmoney but they'll be adding much more soon. A quote from Linkbucks Forums

You can register in webmoney, and receive payments to there, then if you want those in your paypal, use an e-currency exchange program. I don't recommend you trying everyone. I've searched to know the more reliable (that haven't scammed anyone) and that haven't that high rates of exchange, and I found My-Xchange. Its quite a reliable program for you. You register and you make exchanges there. Hope this is your solution for the problem of being paid in uploadbox and others that don't have paypal.
